Any substantive change to home or property you must first get Arch Control Commitee approval, ie. add patio, paint home, fence install
Yard signage limited to builder or real estate signs in front yard
Outdoor storage of cars, trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles (camper/jet ski,) trailers not allowed
Permanently installed basketball hoops should be adjacent a driveway. Temporary hoops only allowed when adjacent a driveway, securing method not unsightly and when not in use either remain in a vertical position or are stored inside (not to be stored on a lawn or against a building)
Garbage and recycling containers must be stored out of sight from the street/in garage
Except during home construction, no overnight parking of commercial trucks/vans/ vehicles is allowed
Snow removal of sidewalks bordering each lot is the homeowners responsibility within 24 hours of snow
Lawns should be regularly mowed, free of weeds, and kept from becoming unsightly, follow the Village noxious weed guidelines
Outbuildings or dog kennels/houses not permitted on any lot and no pets who cause a continued nuisance
Single family homes, garage, driveway and landscaping should be completed within 18 months from start of construction
Construction work/improvements (noise) on homes should be done within the hours of 8am and 6:30pm
Gardens - covenant 2.19 allows gardens, raised or in-ground, as long as they are located in the backyard and plans, including size and materials, are provided to and approved by the HOA Board. Please submit a REQUEST
